Committees

Technology and Infrastructure Committee

A committee under our association that primarily focuses on technology and infrastructure related to customer experience management. The committee tracks and evaluates technology and infrastructure trends and innovations used in customer experience. This includes researching and assessing developments in areas such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, mobile applications, and cloud computing.

Communication and Expansion Committee

This committee manages the organization's interaction with the external world, strengthens internal communication, manages brand image, and supports community management and expansion efforts. It contributes to achieving the association's goals and facilitating its growth by enhancing communication within the association. The Communication and Expansion Committee is responsible for promoting information and experience sharing among members, managing internal communication tools, and
facilitating information flow within the association.

Human Resources and Education Committee

The Human Resources and Education Committee develops various projects to train and employ qualified personnel needed by the Customer Experience Management departments. It actively engages in education and employment issues through different collaborations, and ensures the association's close relationship with universities to inform potential workforce about careers in customer experience management. They work on national professional standards, qualifications, and educational matters in
collaboration with universities.

Global Competition Committee

The Global Competition Committee devises strategies to succeed in international markets. It develops strategies to enhance the association's international competitiveness and evaluates opportunities in international markets.

Strategy Committee

This committee is responsible for strategic planning and direction processes in customer experience management and technologies within our association. It manages strategic planning processes to define the association's long-term goals. This includes reviewing the association's mission, vision, and values, analyzing industry trends, and making strategic decisions to determine the association's future direction.
